Son of Manson?

DNA testing has made the headlines recently in a story by Yahoo news. The story involves a man by the name of Matthew Roberts, who claims that his father is none other than convicted murderer, Charles Manson.

Roberts claims that Manson fathered him during a sexual orgy, information that Roberts came about after tracking down his biological mother in 1998. Along with the similarities in looks, Roberts also states that he has similar personality traits as Manson. For example, Roberts spends time working on a musical career, much like that of his alleged father who recorded multiple songs. Roberts also points to the workings of his mind, more specifically the movie-nightmare type dreams he often has. Things so frightening to himself, he wasn't comfortable with sharing them in the article.

Roberts has tried once to obtain conclusive DNA test results showing that Manson is his birth father, unfortunately the sample received for Manson was contaminated and therefore unusable. According to Roberts in a quote from CNN, "It's more than just possible, but probable". Thankfully through DNA paternity testing, Roberts can find out for sure.
